Mr. Valdez leads the Litigation and Arbitration department since the year 2000. He also acts as Managing Partner of the Firm.

Mr. Valdez has been Professor of Commercial Law and Investment Projects at the Business School of the Universidad Panamericana as well as Professor of Insurance Law and Commercial Contracts at the School of Law of the Universidad Panamericana.

He is member and/or secretary of several board of Directors of both national and international companies.
